We make properties easier to run. We combine property automation and guest services with professional property care, delivered through our Elite Handlers team. Our model supports property owners and operators alongside their existing management and teams.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of our day-to-day operations in Lagos, including overseeing service delivery at client properties and managing the operational delivery behind our services.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Run the day-to-day operations of StayWithVantage in Lagos.
- Oversee service delivery at client properties, ensuring work is completed to company standards.
- Coordinate Elite Handlers housekeeping, cleaning and linen services, including service partners, through inspections and performance tracking.
- Manage requests received through our platform, ensuring work is assigned, completed and properly closed.
- Onboard new client properties onto our property care services, including initial inspections, checklists and team assignments.
- Work alongside clients' existing management and teams without replacing them.
- Handle operational issues and follow them through to resolution.
- Supervise team members and support recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Maintain schedules, checklists, operational records and basic spreadsheets, and provide regular service reports.
- Use our platform, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business and other business systems.
- Develop and improve SOPs, checklists and operational processes.
- Manage operations within agreed budgets and approval limits.
- Represent StayWithVantage professionally on-site and identify and refer potential new clients and business opportunities.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, property operations, facilities management, customer service or a related field.
Able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable supervising staff, service partners, and suppliers.
Confident using digital tools and systems, with the ability to learn new ones quickly.
Proactive, practical, and willing to get things done.
Location: Orchid Road / Lekki Axis, as the role requires regular on-site presence at client properties in the area.
3-Month Probation Period.
Company uniform provided for on-site client visits and required when representing StayWithVantage.
Referral bonus available for new clients introduced to StayWithVantage.
