We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s serviced accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless property operations, maintaining high service standards, coordinating staff and vendors, and delivering exceptional guest experience

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the serviced apartments and hospitality facilities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise operational staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards.
- Ensure rooms and apartments are consistently clean, well-maintained, fully equipped, and ready for guest occupancy.
- Monitor guest check-in and check-out processes and ensure a seamless experience throughout the guest’s stay.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, front desk, and other operational activities.
- Supervise sales, both physical and online engagement.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of required services and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels for housekeeping supplies, toiletries, guest amenities, and other operational materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, hygiene, and company standards across the property.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and checklists to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor operational expenses and support effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance issues, guest feedback, incidents, inventory, and other operational activities.
- Review guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and overall guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure reported faults are addressed promptly.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, property management, or a similar operational environment.
- Proven experience managing staff and coordinating multiple operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hospitality/property management systems is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to operations.
