Key Accountabilities
- Source and
- evaluate suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and services required for
- factory and plantation operations
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of coconuts, farm
- inputs, and production materials
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and farm teams to prevent
- shortages
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Inspect delivered goods for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and payment follow-ups

Requirements
