  • Oversee in-line sterile filtration, Form-Fill-Seal pouch production and sealing, and in-process checks
  • Contribute to SOP development, process improvement and the reduction of batch rejects and leakers
  • Direct cleanroom operations across Grade A/B aseptic and Grade C/D preparation areas, including differential pressure monitoring, gowning and environmental controls
  • Enforce CIP/SIP procedures, hygiene, safety and raw material reconciliation on your shift
  • Manage autoclave terminal sterilisation cycles, including F0 monitoring, heat penetration and temperature distribution compliance
  • What you will be measured on:
  • Zero batch failures from endotoxin contamination or formulation error, complete and contemporaneous batch records, and consistent daily throughput on your shift.

  • Familiarity with BP, USP or IP monographs for large volume parenterals
  • NYSC completed
  • Working knowledge of WHO GMP, NAFDAC manufacturing requirements and Good Documentation Practice

  • Comfortable working shifts and based in, or willing to relocate to, Kaduna
  • B.Pharm or Pharm.D with a current, valid Pharmacy Council of Nigeria licence
  • A rigorous, detail-driven approach, and the confidence to stop a line when something is not right
