Job Summary
Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a competent, experienced, and results-driven Project/Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost efficiency, and compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
- Supervise contractors, artisans, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
- Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate procurement and the efficient use of construction materials.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
A Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction or project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site supervision.
