We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements while maintaining accurate quality documentation.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate material and workmanship testing.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams on quality-related matters.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
- Support continuous improvement of quality management processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.

- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.
