We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are currently seeking for experienced and results-driven Real Estate Marketers on behalf of RRM client to promote their properties, generate qualified leads, engage prospective buyers, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Market and promote the company's properties through online and offline channels.
Negotiate with prospective clients within approved company guidelines.
Arrange property inspections and follow up with interested clients.
Generate leads and build relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
Meet agreed sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Provide accurate information about available properties, prices, and payment terms.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proven experience in real estate marketing or property sales.

Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.

Must be based in Abuja or able to work from Abuja.

Ability to generate leads and close sales.

Salary: N100,000 monthly + 10% commission on successful sales, subject to the company's commission policy.
