Job Title: Regional HR Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR to manage HR operations and support the regional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, salary, commission and deductions.
- Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and provide timely updates.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
- Proactively communicate any issues or delays.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations and payroll.
Applicants must reside in Ibadan.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Strong communication, execution and follow-up skills.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fintech or sales-driven company experience is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of employee relations and Nigerian HR practices.
BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Salary: N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
