A relationship Officer will be responsible for generating leads, build loan portfolios, maintains god relationship with the customers, follow-up on loans disbursed.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, networking and other business development activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Promote and explain the company’s loan and financial products to prospective customers.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Support customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
Requirements
:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
2 - 3years of experience in loan sales, customer service, business development, relationship management, banking, fintech or microfinance is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently engage prospective and existing customers.
