Job Description
- We are a consumer lending organization who offer loan services to both private and public sector employees. We currently seeking energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officers to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who reside within the advertised location and are willing to actively market our loan products to salary earners through field visits, referrals, and business development activities.
- Successful candidates must be comfortable working independently, meeting customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Junior Level
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work and meet performance targets.
- Experienced Level
- Minimum of 1-3 years' sales experience, preferably in lending, microfinance, banking, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate business and meet sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
