Bassilichi Tech is an FMCG company based in Owerri which recently extended its operations to Abakiliki wishes to employ staff.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location:
Abakiliki, Ebonyi
Employment Type: Temporary
Key Accountabilities
- Create and process invoices, receipts, payments.
- Oversee the operational activities of the warehouse.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales-related reports
- Cross checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, and condition of goods received against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with operation lead place orders for replenishment stock, ensuring timely delivery and availability of inventory items.
- Implement inventory control measures, such as FIFO (first-in, first-out) or LIFO (last-in, first-out), to optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, order fulfillment speed, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in implementing inventory control systems and warehouse management tools
- Any other job that is assigned to you from time to time
Requirements
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
