Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the brand professionally.
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our fashion house.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Promote new arrivals, discounts, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory to the supervisor.
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display racks.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and other fashion items based on their preferences.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, products, and styling tips.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND or higher qualification is an added advantage.
Well-groomed, fashionable, and professional appearance.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Salary: N50,000 monthly.
