Sanitary Wares Limited is a dealer in Sanitary Wares having branches scattered around in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Sales Representative
Job
Location: Odunade Market, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Primary Purpose
To drive sales growth by identifying new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring all sales follow the company’s documentation and approval process.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Prospect and onboard new customers for company products
- Follow up on leads and convert them to paid orders
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by Management
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Order Processing & Compliance:
- Collect customer orders and send to Sales Manager for price confirmation
- No direct price negotiation or discount without approval*
- Ensure customer makes payment and payment is confirmed before goods are released
- Post all sales in the company inventory/sales group for documentation
- Customer Service:
- Attend to customer inquiries professionally
- Handle complaints and escalate to Sales Manager when needed
- Do product follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reporting & Record Keeping:
- Submit daily sales report: Customer name, product, qty, amount, payment status
- Update customer database with contact details and purchase history
- Give market feedback: Competitor prices, customer complaints, fast/slow moving items
- Compliance:
- Strictly follow the *"Document, Verify, Then Sell"* company policy
- No release of goods without payment confirmation and sales authorization
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Education
OND / HND in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields
Experience
1-3 years in FMCG, Building Materials, or related sales
Skills*: Good communication, Negotiation, Customer relationship, Basic Excel, Android phone for reports
Other*: Must be smart, target-driven, honest, and resident in[Location]
