Key Accountabilities
- Manage and update the church’s social media accounts.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish approved graphics, videos, announcements and other content.
- Optimise content formats and captions for different social media platforms.
- Monitor analytics, reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Coordinate with the design, writing and community engagement teams.
- Maintain account security and follow the church’s communication guidelines.
Requirements
Experience managing social media accounts or digital campaigns.
Minimum of SSCE
Good spoken and written English
Basic Maths skills
Computer literate.
Demonstrate high-level integrity and professionalism.
Understanding of platform algorithms, content formats and audience engagement.
Strong writing, planning and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
Ability to interpret basic analytics and use insights to improve performance.
Candidates must reside within Agric, Ogolonto, or Ikorodu Garage, Lagos State.
