We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Influencer Outreach Specialist to manage our social media presence while helping us grow through influencer, community, and partnership outreach.
This is not simply a content-creation role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing audience engagement, identifying relevant influencers and online communities, and building relationships with people who can help us reach potential customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with influencers, Facebook group administrators, community owners, web developers, designers, and other relevant online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain consistent activity.
- Create and publish engaging social media posts and promotional content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
- Identify relevant influencers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Reach out to influencers and negotiate opportunities for them to promote our services.
- Identify relevant Facebook groups, developer communities, design communities, and other online communities.
- Contact group administrators and community owners to explore promotional opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, group admins, and community owners.
- Follow up consistently with contacts and promotional partners.
- Maintain an organized outreach register showing contacts, responses, follow-ups, promotions, and results.
- Identify opportunities that can generate potential customers and leads for the business.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to maximize opportunities generated through social media and outreach.
Requirements
Previous experience managing social media accounts.
Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence communicating with influencers, community administrators, and business owners.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to create engaging social media content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
Experience in influencer marketing, community outreach, or digital marketing is an advantage.
