Department: Procurement, Stores & Receiving
Requirements
- Experience within a reputable international hotel group or recognised international hotel brand is preferred.
- Relevant academic/professional qualifications to role.
- Relevant management experience in procurement, inventory or stores operations required for the Manager role.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, stores or accounting.
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory documentation.
- Accuracy, integrity and attention to detail in receiving and stock checks.
- Proven experience in a five-star hotel environment.
