Life Flour Mill Ltd has a strong in house quality team, lead by our Quality Assurance Manager, assuring at all times that the Flour is meeting the High Life Flour Standard and operating in accordance to the regulatory standards applicable in Nigeria. We provide full technical support service throughout the country to all our customers and prospects. Our technical bakers will visit you in your bakery, to test, support and advise. We will not only validate processes but also where required advise on improvements both technical as well as process.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Summary
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the receipt, storage, inventory control, loading, and dispatch of finished products. The role ensures stock accuracy, product quality, warehouse compliance, timely dispatch, and effective control of Company inventory and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine stock reconciliations.
- Monitor damaged, returned, obsolete, and quarantined products.
- Investigate and report stock variances, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Coordinate product receipt, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of products.
- Verify quantities, batch details, and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain good warehouse organization and space utilization.
- Dispatch & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, transfers, dispatches, and returns.
- Ensure all dispatches are supported by approved documentation.
- Liaise with relevant departments to support timely deliveries.
- Control, Compliance & Safety:
- Maintain good housekeeping and enforce PPE compliance.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and HSE requirements.
- Prevent unauthorized stock movement, loss, theft, or damage.
- Support stock counts, audits, and inventory investigations.
- Supervision & Reporting:
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse staff and loaders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
Age: 25 – 40-years
Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
FMCG or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
