They are seeking an accomplished General Manager, Sales amp; Marketing to provide strategic and commercial leadership across its business portfolio.
This is a senior leadership position for an experienced commercial executive with a strong track record of driving revenue, profitability, customer growth and brand development within premium/luxury or other high-value customer environments.
Key Requirements
Develop and execute an integrated annual Sales & Marketing strategy across all business units, regions, and channels, including e-commerce.
Provide strategic leadership across Sales, Marketing, Brand, Digital, PR, and boutique retail functions.
Take full P&L accountability for Sales & Marketing, managing budgets, monthly profitability, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the Heads of Sales and Marketing, driving a high-performance culture and
career
growth across all teams.
Drive sales performance and channel growth (B2C, B2B, B2G) while protecting pricing, discount controls, and operational integrity.
Build strong relationships with HNWI/VIP clients, brand principals, suppliers, and key external stakeholders.
Optimize product mix, pricing, and assortment using market insights while ensuring strict brand standard compliance.
Maintain luxury service excellence across boutiques, establish clear team KPIs, and ensure robust operational governance.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of professional experience and at least 5 years leading combined sales and marketing teams.
Strong network in HNI, corporate and government circles.
Proven experience with P&L ownership and responsibility for significant revenue targets.
Demonstrated success leading large Sales & Marketing functions across multiple business units, channels or markets.
Strong commercial strategy, business development and revenue-growth capabilities.
Experience managing high-value/HNW clients and premium customer segments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of brand, digital, e-commerce and integrated marketing.
Exceptional executive leadership, stakeholder management and people-development skills.
