We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Assistant Workshop Manager
Locations:
Oban - Cross River and Odogbolu - Ogun

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure workshop jobs are completed within agreed time frames.
- Coordinate and allocate daily work to mechanics, technicians and workshop assistants.
- Assist the Workshop Manager with the day-to-day management of the workshop.
- Perform repairs, services and preventative maintenance on vehicles as well as monitor progress.
Requirements
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in workshop operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance planning and inventory control.
