The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a people leader who understands that HR goes beyond policies and administration.
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Head of People & Culture to shape our people agenda, strengthen organisational effectiveness and build a culture that drives business performance.
You will partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives, build leadership capability, drive performance and create an environment where talent thrives, and business results improve.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive, equitable and sustainable reward strategies.
Talent Acquisition: Drive workforce planning, strategic recruitment, employer branding and succession pipelines.
Talent Development: Strengthen leadership development, career progression, succession planning and organisational capability.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
People Strategy: Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
People Operations: Optimise HR processes, policies, systems, analytics and the employee lifecycle.
Culture & Engagement: Shape a values-driven culture that promotes ownership, collaboration and employee engagement.
Performance & Productivity: Build performance management frameworks that strengthen accountability, productivity and results.
Executive Partnership: Provide leadership with people insights, workforce data and practical recommendations that support business decisions.
Organisational Effectiveness: Lead organisational design, change management and workforce transformation initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD or SHRM is an advantage.
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate business priorities into people outcomes.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
Strong expertise in talent management, performance, organisational development, compensation and employee relations.
8–10years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
Experience implementing HR systems, people analytics and scalable processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and change-management skills.
A strong balance of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, emotional intelligence and execution.

We need someone who can think strategically, influence confidently, and execute practically.
You will build a high-performing workforce, strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve talent retention, embed a culture of accountability and establish people systems that scale with the business.
