We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Interior Design Projects Assistant
Location: Yaba, Shomolu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
Liaise with designers, artisans, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the preparation of project schedules, work plans and task assignments.
Assist with sourcing materials, obtaining quotations and coordinating procurement.
Assist in coordinating interior design projects from concept development to execution and final handover.
Assist with quality checks, snagging, corrections and final project handover.
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timelines are met.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates as directed by the project lead.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, site reports, purchase records and progress updates.
Identify project delays, material shortages or operational challenges and escalate them promptly.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in line with the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, materials and resource usage.
Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
