Rollin Technologies is looking for a commercially minded Retail Sales & Online Store Assistant who can turn both walk-in visits and online enquiries into sales.
The successful candidate will combine strong customer service and sales ability with practical support for our online store and basic social media activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create simple product videos and promotional designs using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Respond promptly and professionally to social media and online enquiries, follow up prospects and convert enquiries into orders.
- Upload and update product images, descriptions, prices and availability on the online store.
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products and close sales.
- Maintain accurate product and customer information and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated through the sales process.
- Support social media posting, messages, comments, and customer engagement.
- Support day-to-day retail and online sales activities as required.
- What We Are Looking For
- Strong sales ability, confidence, and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness and ability to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with Saturdays on rotation.
- Ability to create a simple social media post, product design, or short product video. Advanced design/video skills are not required.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail when updating product information.
- Clear communication and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend products persuasively.
- Good organisation, follow-through and ability to work independently.
- Reasonable proximity to the Ikeja store and a reliable plan for commuting.
- Experience handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
